   10% initial participation fee (RM 20,000) must be paid before submission. Payment via FPX only.

   10%初始参与费（RM 20,000）须在提交前缴付，仅接受FPX付款。

   Participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

   参与费一经缴付，概不退还。

   Passport must have at least 24 months validity at time of application.

   申请时护照须至少有24个月有效期。

   RM 40,000/month offshore income must be reflected in the latest 3 months' bank statements.

   RM 40,000/月境外收入须在最近3个月银行对账单中体现。

   Fixed deposit of RM 1M required. Up to 50% withdrawable after 1 year for property, health or education.

   须存入RM 100万定存。满1年后可提取最多50%用于置产、医疗或教育。

   All applicants and dependents are subject to Royal Malaysian Police security screening.

   所有申请人及受抚养人须经皇家马来西亚警察安全审查。

   Permitted dependents: spouse, unmarried children, parents, parents-in-law, foreign domestic helper.
